Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish was an Australian actress. Her birth date was the 7th of August, 1982. Cornish is famous for her roles as Heidi on Somersault (2004), Fanny Brawne (Bright Star 2009) and Sweet Pea as Sucker punch (2011), Lindy in Limitless (2012), Clara Murphy (RoboCop) (2014) and Sarah on Geostorm(2017). The actress worked together with Martin McDonagh to produce Seven Psychopaths and Three Billboards Beyond Ebbing Missouri. The latter movie Cornish received her debut Screen Actors Guild Award as an actor in the film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, who starred in Adventureland as well as The Mothman Prophecies among other films, was her father. Ann McDonough played the mother. Betty Gilpin's parents remained supportive in encouraging her to pursue a career as an actor. When the time was right to go back to college, she picked Fordham College where she learned to develop her skills. Gilpin continued to audition for television and film parts, while also appearing in Off Broadway plays. Gilpin was able to land a guest appearance on NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001-2011) as well as following that up with small roles in Ghost Town (2008) and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin continued to land mostly TV guest appearances in the subsequent years, before getting her first break, in 2013, with a role as Nurse Jackie. The character of the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared in 34 episodes of the series before Nurse Jackie was cancelled in June of 2015. Gilpin was also seen in True Story, a mystery thriller.
